Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel rooms fell short of expectations with cleanliness issues and not matching the online pictures, but the service was courteous and helpful. The location posed challenges without a car and being near industrial areas. The dining was fair with limited options, and the facilities were basic.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were really nice, they were not soundproof and had a strange musky smell to them. The service was extremely accommodating and helpful, possibly due to their varied clientele. The location was reasonably good, sitting between the airport and Downtown Montreal, although the odd parking situation raised some concerns. The dining experience was a welcome plus, but could use more hot meal options.
Our stay at the hotel was overall good. The rooms were spacious enough for three adults, but unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues with what seemed like remnants in the shower. The hotel had a lot of potential; however, it fell short in terms of cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms didn't initially lock electronically, but the staff promptly fixed it the next day. Although a bit far from the city center without a car, the rooms were conveniently reserved next to each other, meeting my overnight needs between flights.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room I had was a fair size and clean, but the bathroom was filthy dirty with hair on the floor, and the toilet didn't flush properly, so be aware of this. The service was excellent and very friendly to converse with, which made up for some of the room issues. The location was reasonably good, with easy access to public transport, but parking could be a bit tricky. The dining options were fair, but could use more variety. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some room for improvement.
